Since Jim completed the Marine Corps 17.75 in Virginia, we have been gearing up for our trip to Washington DC. While Jim has been training, I have been planning and making arrangements. We has to book some of our sightseeing through Congresswoman Louise Slaughter's office. They were kind enough to make arrangements for us to tour the White House, the Capitol Building and the Library of Congress. More on those as we visit.
The Marine Corps Marathon has it's own events. We are planning on the Expo, the Pep Rally, the bRUNch, and the Carbo Dining In dinner. There is more about the MCM in the official program, if you want to check it out.
Think of us as we continue to pack and get ready to hit the road!
